I'm in need of a lot of parts for my 81 Sunchaser - it's a Griffith Conversion model and as you can see it's in pretty bad shape. Please email me with and info you may have. I may even be interested in purchasing a whole car and having it delivered to Florida (St Augustine) if the price is right.
This is a picture of my sunchaser the day after I bought it on 10-1-04. Pretty sad looking. It was originally my moms car (she bought it new)and she sold it about 8 years ago after it broke down. I finally convinced the guy who bought it to sell it to me and I plan on doing a total restoration. She put 339,000 miles on this baby before it died and the guy who bought it never found the time to bring it back to life. Time to get to work...
This is a picture of what it is supposed to look like (when it was new). This picture isn't mine. It's one I found on the web. The owner is looking to sell this car if he can find a good home. It has only 36,000 original miles. Anyone interested?
Here is the most recent picture of my Sunchaser - almost stripped to the frame taken February, 2005
The picture above WAS my Sunchaser. I bought it on Ebay so I could have a second one but my available garage space ran out. :-(
I sold it on 6-2-06 to a nice couple from North Carolina and they drove it home from Florida.
Have fun Heather and Jeff! Keep in touch.
